Known Defects And Additional Comments

  • The heating does not work and has not been investigated. 
  • The heads shower and the transom shower have been capped off but all plumbing is still in place, for recommissioning if desired.
  • The propellers have sustained some damage and will be refurbished as a part of the sale.
  • There is a slow leak / weep from the hot water system, near the boiler. 
  • The fuel gauge has an intermittent fault .
  • Bow thruster not working.
