Introducing the charming Blighty, a 2014 English Harbour Launch that blends classic style with a contemporary look. Designed by Andrew Wolstenholme for English Harbour Yachts these launches are known for their high build quality and amazing attention to detail. The unique design and traditional polished wood tiller mean this boat is guaranteed to turn heads wherever it goes.

Powered by a reliable Mastervolt 3.6Kw electric motor with a new set of AGM maintenance free, deep cycle batteries, Blighty offers an extremely relaxing and near silent cruising experience. Its compact size makes it ideal for smaller moorings and for navigating rivers and backwaters. The spacious cockpit and sociable layout seats up to seven, the long keel and clever hull shape make this launch very stable when moving about.

Blighty comes with a full mooring cover and detachable spray hood for added protection from the wind, there is plenty of under seat storage and this launch is ready for the summer season.

Brief History

Launched in summer 2013 the English Harbour 16 was the first model from English Yachts , a company set up by ex Fairline directors Adam Greenwood and Alan Bowers. Working in close co-operation with Adam I produced the hull design and assisted with engineering detail whilst Adam designed the deck and cockpit.
