Handmade Dutch boats that exude quality and style. We’ve been the sole UK importers of Interboat since 2007. What started off as the occasional sale has evolved into record-breaking numbers of bespoke boat orders for many happy customers.

Where to take your Interboat

Designed and produced at their modern shipyard in Zwartsluis, Interboat production meets an exceptionally high standard when it comes to features and finish.

Whether you are visiting Henley-on-Thames or you’re downstream in Windsor, you’ll be certain to see Interboats. And that trend is growing along other rivers too, such as the Norfolk Broads and River Great Ouse.

But Interboat are not just riverboats – they can also be seen on the South Coast, in the Lake District, and on the lochs of Scotland.

If you’re looking for a boat with cabins for longer onboard stays or a Category B boat to tackle the coast, take a look at the Intender 950 Cabin, or the beautifully traditional sister boats: Intercruiser.

The Interboat build

Interboats are traditionally constructed using the hand lay-up method – the manual laying of fibre-reinforced material. But as a shipyard that seeks to develop and evolve, they are also using injection mouldings for certain fibreglass components, which are just as strong but manufactured more efficiently with less waste.

Looking for electric propulsion? We love the new electric Intender 700 and Intender 820, both promising silent cruising with just the sound of the water on the hull. And no harmful emissions.

The personal touch goes into every boat throughout all stages of the build. Interboat are proudly handmade with quality and style at the forefront of everything they do.

The luxurious open day boat

The rise in popularity of Interboat is multi-faceted. The boats are objectively beautiful, and you can build your own specification. Opt for a traditional finish, such as a dark blue hull, wood effect decks and trim, or go modern and bold – perhaps a black hull with sunset orange cushions.
