Marina Charges

Annual Mooring Fee – £510 per metre

• Includes winter hard standing, lift, chock and re-launch, payable quarterly in advance. Minimum length for all moorings 6m. Full service berths in marina are 6m / 8.2m / 10.7m minimum charge.

Surcharge for mooring holder for undercover winter storage – £147 per metre

Trailer boat storage annual fee – £330

• Includes unlimited use of slipway April – October. Charge based on boat and trailer length in total. Minimum charge 6m.

Winter hardstanding – £255 per metre

• Includes up to 6 months hardstanding, lift, chock & relaunch.

Undercover winter hardstanding – £402 per metre

Mains electric supply

Electric meter – £240 per meter

Quarterly service charge for supply of electricity – £25 per quarter

Electricity unit charge, billed quarterly in arrears (excl VAT) – £0.22 per unit

Slipway

Launch and retrieve, including one day’s parking for car and trailer – £80 per craft

Single launch or retrieve – £40 per craft

Single assisted slipway use with staff and tractor – £125 per craft

Boat Lifting

Lift out, block off and relaunch – £54 per metre

Lift out, hold in slings for inspection / survey and relaunch – £45 per metre

Sales boat lift, including lift out, pressure wash, block off and relaunch – £76 per metre

Pressure wash hull and clean sides – £22 per metre

Antifouling Hulls

To apply one coat of antifoul to existing colour scheme (paint and materials not included) – £36 per metre

Winter Covers

Fit owner’s winter cover over summer canopy with no framework and remove in Spring – £144 per cover

Storage of winter cover only though summer period – £90 per cover

Remove summer canopy, fit ridge pole, fit owner’s winter cover, remove winter cover and pole in Spring and refit canopy – £560 per cover & frame 

Storage of winter cover and ridge pole though summer period – £150 per cover & frame
