After a very successful few years we are looking to expand our Val Wyatt Team. We are hiring Boat Sales & Marina Assistants, both full time and part time.

This role will combine both boat sales and marina work. The successful candidate will:

Our approach to boat sales is a professional, friendly and no-pressure one. We understand and respect that buying a boat is a significant purchase. Often that means building customer relationships over months or even years. We listen to our customers to truly understand what they are looking for, guiding with advice where we can.

Any Boat Sales Assistant joining our team will share this understanding, and be keen to build relationships with customers, from first meeting through to handover and onward.

As a small team, we are open to new skills to improve our diversity and experience base. Alongside Sales and Customer Relation skills, we would also welcome applicants with additional experience or interest in marketing, environmental sustainability, or broader business development in the marine industry.

Boat handling training is available, previous experience preferred.

Full time role will be 42.5 hours per week, and include working at least one weekend day, 10am – 4pm. Job share considered, as are applications for weekend work only.

Starting salary is dependent on experience.
